We invite you to tap into new opportunities through sponsorship at our 2010 Annual Conference. The conference will be held September 21-22 in Baltimore, Maryland.
 
How much does it cost?
Women in HVACR offers four levels of sponsorship, which vary in price and the benefits received. Details are to the right. 
 
What are the benefits?
Overall benefits of conference sponsorship include:
  • Your company name and logo on all Women in HVACR conference materials and publicity after the receipt of your sponsorship agreement.*
  • The opportunity to network with women who hold prominent roles in our industry.
  • Your logo and a link to your company's website on the 2010 Conference page at www.womeninhvacr.org.*
  • A one-year complimentary membership with Women in HVACR.
  • A mention on the sponsor thank you page in our seminar workbook.*
  • Sponsorship signage at sponsored venue.
How can my company apply?
If you're interested in participating, please complete our online sponsorship application. This information is also available via download if you prefer to review it that way.
 
All sponsorships will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed when payment is received.

Sponsorship Levels
 
Platinum: $3,000
Sponsor the Breakfast or Luncheon function during our event. You will receive all of the sponsorship benefits listed here. In addition, your company representative will be invited to make a 5-minute presentation to welcome attendees to the function.
 
 
Gold: $1,250 

Sponsor the Refreshment Breaks for our event. You will receive all of the sponsorship benefits listed here. In addition, your company representative will be invited to greet attendees during your sponsored break. 

 
 
Silver: $500 
Help launch our event with networking and industry education through an exhibit at our Meet & Greet Reception! Your sponsorship includes one display table for literature or a simple table-top display, hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and a donation towards prizes to be drawn at the end of our reception.  Attendees will be encouraged to network with our sponsors to become more familiar with the various aspects of our industry.  
 
Bronze Level: Varies 
Provide a variety of products or services related to our event. We’ll accept donations of resources or supplies, or financial support to help us acquire these items. Items needed include:
  • Audio recording of presentations
  • Photography
  • Pens
  • Name badges and other supplies
  • Printing
  • Other - we're open to suggestions!
These items may include your company logo. You will also receive the benefits indicated with an *.
