An accomplished author and speaker, Ruth has worked in the plumbing and HVACR industry since 1987. Her work includes helping contractors build service agreement programs, grow profitable service departments, finance, technical training, and operations challenges.
Tonya Collins

Manager Universal H&C
Tonya has worked at Universal Heating & Cooling for over 30 years. Her father, Don Tisdale, founder of Universal, started the company in 1975. Tonya (General Manager) and her husband Kerry are the main forces in running the company today.
