WHVACR hosted a meeting and networking event on Saturday December 5th from 1pm to 4pm in conjunction with the HARDI National Conference in Orlando, FL at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes. This was the first time WHVACR has been part of the National HARDI conference and we are both pleased and honored to have been part of this year's event. We look forward to our continued relationship with HARDI in 2016 and beyond.

Patti Ellingson: Passing the Gavel
Women in HVACR takes a moment to honor one of our greatest assets.
This year is the end of an era as we honored Patti Ellingson with the passing of the Crystal Gavel at our Hardi reception.
We Women in HVACR, would like to recognize and again, send a very huge and warm thank you to Patti. As many of you may know, her term as Vice President, President, and Immediate Past President have now come to an end.
We Women in HVACR, would like to recognize and again, send a very huge and warm thank you to Patti. As many of you may know, her term as Vice President, President, and Immediate Past President have now come to an end.
Patti made more than a lasting impression on our organization, she spear headed growth, drive and determination for its members. Patti modeled contagious excellence in everything she did and was tirelessly involved in our entire organization from large developments to tiny details.
Patti passionately dedicated seven years of her life as a board memeber to the organization. We were honored to have you on our Executive Board for the past four out of the seven years and you will be greatly missed.
Her presence will, of course, continue as she moves on to her new role in the Past Presidents' Advisory Board. Thank you Patti for your leadership, mentorship, friendship and the positive impact you made on us all.
