Erica Leonor is a national speaker, trainer, and success coach in the Home Services Industry. She enjoys traveling the country to help business owners and their teams thrive through her classes and workshops. She is mostly known for CSR and Sales training, but also excels in communication, leadership, motivation, and financing. Her goal is to always add value wherever she goes. She is currently a Director of Business Development at Goodleap, the #1 financing company in the US for Solar and Home Improvement. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Women in HVACR, an organization that provides networking, mentoring, and education to women in this industry.
