Mentorship is a relationship between two people to provide support, share knowledge, experiences, networking, and to foster professional growth while building relationships.
Trust and accountability are foundations of an effective relationship. This relationship can help you define your goals, understand your job role, navigating challenges in the workplace and much more. Remember, the mentoring partnership is a two way process that provides benefits for both the mentor and mentee. Transfer testimonials we already have in this section
Whether you're looking at becoming a mentor, or looking for a mentorship, we have the programs you need.
Is mentoring for you?
Mentoring is more than the transfer of knowledge, advice, knowledge or insights. A mentor encourages people to take ownership in personal development while providing perspective to help avoid pitfalls and reinventing the wheel. Mentor’s experiences have shaped them through the struggles and can help navigate, show the big picture while being unbiased. The job of a great mentor is to challenge your beliefs and views but give you space to decide who you really want to be, instead of being the person that you think you should be. As a mentor you have ability to provide ideas, thoughts and insights that challenge and enablea mentee to see beyond their scope by amplifying their thinking capabilities.
Mentoring provides so many benefits for those willing to invest their time in developing another professional.
Give back and make a difference…
