Putnam has a personal connection with the home service industry. Her first job was passing out flyers door-to-door for her father’s electrical business. She was 7 years old. In high school, she moved up to being an office dispatcher and parts runner. After college, she became the marketing director for an HVAC company in Oregon.
Putnam knows home service, but she is also no stranger to big business. Before co-founding TNFR, she was the director of business development for a large digital services firm, pitching to C-level executives for big name companies. As part of her job, she also stood before multi-million-dollar investors, seeking capital for the publicly-owned company that she worked for.
Putnam is dedicated to help grow the industry she grew up in and loves. As a public speaker, she promotes careers in the home service industry. She is also honored to serve as vice president of the Executive Board for Women in HVACR.
Dedicated to serving her local community, Putnam is a member of the Board of Directors for Family Framework, a nonprofit group. She teaches weekly classes for high school students about the importance of forming and maintaining healthy relationships and how to get out of abusive relationships.

Colleen Keyworth

Colleen Keyworth is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Online-Access, an HVAC web marketing company located in Michigan. Growing up and working in her family’s HVAC and plumbing business, she has a clear understanding of contracting as well as the realities that contractors face in owning and operating a profitable business. Keyworth was also recognized in the ACHR News’s 2019 ‘Top 40 under 40’ in the HVACR Industry and more recently was awarded Service Nation's "Woman of the Year" award for 2020. Online-Access was originally launched out of her family’s business in 2000 to meet their own marketing needs and those of other contractors. Today, Online-Access works daily with hundreds of HVAC, plumbing and electrical contracting companies throughout North America. Colleen’s communication skills (and complete lack of shyness) have been instrumental in expanding the company’s sales efforts and product base. Keyworth regularly teaches and trains contractors around the country about how to better use the web to generate business. In addition, she develops strategic partnerships with OEM’s, industry organizations, distributors, and wholesalers to increase product awareness and create online marketing solutions. She has also been on the board of Women in HVACR for the last six years—maintaining their web presence and playing a key role in their marketing and event planning. During her time serving on the board, the organization has grown from 100 to over 500 members. Keyworth also serves on the board of the Southeast Michigan Air Conditioning Contractors Association. Colleen lives in Port Huron Michigan, with her husband Robert and their two Heelers, Mia and Tucker. When she is not traveling, she enjoys doing local event planning as a side business and hobby.

Liz Patrick is Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Service Nation, Inc. Liz joined Service Nation in 2006 and was initially responsible for growing the company’s international membership base. In the ensuing years, the company has seen extraordinary growth with a 185.23% increase of the Service Roundtable membership. In 2010 Liz created and launched Roundtable Rewards, which provides Service Roundtable members with rebates for purchasing products and services from the industries’ premier manufacturers and distributors. Profitability Master Ruth King has worked in the construction industry (including plumbing, heating and air conditioning, generators, pool and spa companies, etc.) since 1987. Her work includes consulting in sales and marketing, finance, technical training, and operations challenges.
Ruth has been instrumental in helping business owners understand and profitably use the information generated from the financial segment of their businesses. She has a knack for helping business owners truly understand financials.
She is especially proud of one HVAC contractor she helped climb out of a big hole. He started with a negative $400,000 net worth 15 years ago and is still in business today…profitably and with a positive net worth.
After twelve years on the road, doing 200 flights per year, she knew there had to be a better way to reach business people who wanted to build their businesses and train their employees. Ruth holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University and the University of Pennsylvania.

Ruth is passionate about helping adults learn to read, photography, and marathon races. She helped start an adult literacy organization in 1986 that currently serves over 1,000 adults per year and ran the Boston Marathon and 11 other marathons so far.
Ruth has written many manuals and books including the popular Operations Manuals: Best Practices for Running a Profitable Service and Replacement company.
Her latest book,Profit or Wealth? reached #1 in October, 2020. This book is preceded by The Ugly Truth about Cash and the #1 best-selling book, The Courage to be Profitable. These two books were named two of 37 books start ups should read, along with the books of Napoleon Hill, Stephen Covey, Dale Carnegie and other esteemed authors. Benjamin Middleton has been involved in the HVAC industry for 25+ years and has enjoyed seeing the industry from many different perspectives. He has owned his own HVAC business consulting organization and worked on the manufacturer and distribution side as a territory sales manager, business consultant, and national sales training manager. Rhonda is a dynamic, entrepreneurial sales professional with a record of exceeding goal requirements while providing unprecedented sales leadership in highly competitive markets. She is adept at driving growth of company revenues, improving sales-team performance, and embracing ownership culture and is an exceptional mentor, coach and motivator. Rhonda graduated from the University of Wyoming, and also holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
