Mentor Qualification Program Fully Launched and Complete!
We are thrilled to announce that all six training modules of our Mentor Qualification Program are now live! This completes our full qualification program, marking an amazing accomplishment for Women in HVACR and equipping our exceptional mentors with the tools they need to succeed in guiding their peers and mentees across the HVAC industry.
The training ensures our mentors maintain a consistent level of excellence when engaging with mentees as part of our Navigator program. We are excited for both past mentors and new mentors to jump in and complete this qualification program to earn their official qualification badge!
Whether you are stepping into a mentorship role for the first time or bring years of experience, this program is designed to align with our organization’s expectations and offer all members a meaningful way to “level up” their mentorship skills. As the leading women’s mentorship program in the industry, our goal is to ensure every mentee has a high-quality, transformative experience—something that is only possible through the dedication and credibility of our mentors.
The complete Mentor Qualification Program includes:
- Module 1: Orientation, Ethics and Foundation
- Module 2: Building Trust and Rapport
- Module 3: Active Listening and Effective Questioning
- Module 4: Goal Setting and Accountability
- Module 5: Coaching, Guiding & Overcoming Challenges
- Module 6: Professionalism and Growth as a Mentor
All six modules are now available in MentorCity under the Courses tab. Each module includes a downloadable handout and a quick quiz. Badges will be awarded upon completing the entire six-module series.
