Becky has nearly 20 years in the industry experience in procurement, sales and marketing roles. In her current role, she is responsible for managing aftermarket sales & marketing in the aftermarket channel, including down channel influencers. earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Management and her Master’s in Business Administration from the Wright State University in Ohio. During the last seven years she has been very active with ACCA, NATE, HARDI, PHCC, PAHRA, and various Vo-tech Schools as an advisory member. She is very active in recruiting new female technicians for the HVACR field of study and STEM related activities.
