Lisa is an accomplished HR leader, executive coach and the president and founder of Sea the Possibility Leadership Consulting, Inc. a leadership consulting firm specializing in leadership coaching and development, organization transformation and change. She has over 30 years of corporate experience, including leadership roles at Trane Technologies and Avaya. She holds a BA in Psychology from St. Elizabeth University and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. She has advanced training in neuroscience and behavior from The Wharton School and the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). Certified in Hogan, DISC™, Workplace Big Five Profile™, and NLI’s Brain-Based Coaching, Lisa’s data-driven approach empowers leaders to unlock their full potential and drive business impact.

Throughout her career, Lisa has successfully advised and partnered with C-suite executives and business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, organizational transformations, and team effectiveness. At Trane Technologies, she led the restructuring of their commercial business, driving sustainable growth across multiple regions, and spearheaded labor relations strategies across the Americas. She also launched the company’s first Women's and Black Mentoring Circles, reflecting her commitment to advancing diverse talent.

Prior to her leadership role at Trane, Lisa played a key role in building the HR function at Avaya, where she led global employee services and recruitment, and created their first coaching center. Her expertise in leadership development, talent strategy, and workforce analytics is widely recognized, with former colleagues and leaders frequently seeking her advice. Prior to Avaya, Lisa held various HR roles at Lucent Technologies, AT&T and United Parcel Service.

Passionate about supporting and advancing women, Lisa volunteers her time as a Board member of Women in HVACR, and actively participates on their mentoring committee, contributing to the design and quality of their mentoring program. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, creative writing, and spending quality time with her husband, Michael.
