Beyond her business endeavors, Janal is deeply committed to workforce development and youth mentorship. She is the Co-Founder and Committee Chair of the Next Generation of Tradesmen Foundation (NGTF), a nonprofit organization focused on making careers in the construction trades more accessible, respected, and financially rewarding. Her vision is to change the perception of skilled trades by highlighting the joy of serving the community and the financial stability that comes with acquiring a trade early in life.
