Her career began inside a local HVAC company, where she started as a dispatcher and quickly expanded her role to manage the home warranties division. From there, she moved into operations, where she created and implemented a custom job costing system, redesigned the internal parts distribution process, and developed an in-house supply center that supported field techs and installers. She also led internal training programs for technicians and CSRs, as well as managing local marketing efforts giving her a holistic understanding of what makes a service business run efficiently and profitably.

Today at CI Web Group, Jazmin combines that operational know-how with deep digital marketing expertise. After starting as a Regional Manager overseeing website projects, she quickly rose to lead the web team and transitioned into account strategy, eventually taking over growth operations company-wide. She now works closely with contractors, manufacturers, and distributors to create marketing programs that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
