Blanca is the Vice President of Human Resources, bringing over 10 years of experience across HR and operations, including more than five years in the HVAC and home services industry. She’s passionate about building strong teams and creating an environment where people can grow, succeed, and take pride in the work they do.

In her role, Blanca partners closely with leadership and field teams to make sure the company’s people strategy supports the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of the business. She’s known for being hands-on, practical, and approachable—someone who understands both the big picture and the day-to-day challenges teams face. From recruiting top talent to developing leaders and strengthening company culture, she focuses on what really drives results: people.

With a background that blends both HR and operations, Blanca brings a unique perspective to the table. She understands what it takes to run the business and uses that insight to build programs and processes that actually work in the real world—not just on paper.

She’s especially passionate about creating opportunities within the skilled trades and helping employees build meaningful, long-term careers. Outside of work, Blanca enjoys going to the beach and movies, and values time spent with family and friends.
