Who can join?
Membership is open to individuals, both men and women, who are interested in supporting the awareness and development of career advancement opportunities for women within the HVACR industry.
We invite corporations and industry organizations to support our membership in a sponsorship role.

Membership Dues:
- Annual dues are $219 per person. (*Effective as of April, 2026)
- Renewal notices will be sent via email in September each calendar year.

Our secure online form makes joining or renewing your membership easy! Simply follow the prompts, provide us with your payment information and we'll do the rest
You have the option to pay by credit card or company check. If you choose to pay via company check, please send your check to:
