Leslie Titcomb

As Operations Manager for the Commercial Service Department of Harvey w. Hottel, Inc, the tenth largest Washington DC Mechanical Contractor according to Washington Business Journal Book of Lists 2011, Leslie and her staff are responsible for insuring that forty HVAC Service Mechanics and Plumbers take care of hundreds of customer sites every week. She started as a Dispatcher with this 65 year old family business over 19 years ago shortly after the birth of her son Sid. Leslie is also responsible for the Company phone, alarm and security systems as well as playing a major role in the development and implementation of the Sawin Professional business software program. She is active in her community serving on the local Salvation Army Board of Directors and involved in Germantown HELP, a program to provide food to local families. Prior to working for Harvey Hottel she attended the University of West Virginia and worked in Retail Sales and Management
