Jenn Laughlin

Jennifer is the Customer Support Center Manager for Famous Supply. Jennifer has been in the HVACR industry for 10 years, 9 of those years working for Arzel Zoning. Jennifer graduated with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio, with a double minor in Business Administration and Music Performance. She spent 4 months in college interning with Walgreens, Inc. in visual merchandising and store/personnel management and continued working as a manager for an additional 3 years during college. Wanting to make a change, she decided to join the HVACR industry and worked for an HVAC contractor as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a HVAC contractor. Jennifer started at Arzel Zoning as a territory sales manager and was then promoted to Sales Manager, then National Sales Manager. Jennifer is responsible for customer relationship management and sales growth, focusing on growth of the distribution channel. Jennifer now works for Famous Supply as Customer Support Center Manager, responsible for managing inside sales, customer service, and their company-wide call center located in their corporate headquarters of Akron, OH.
